Description
Hand-bellows or “Raboz” were and still are necessary tools in Moroccan kitchen. Before, they were used for lighting wood fire whether for cooking or heating. Now they are kept hidden like small treasures and we only see them come out during the feast holiday as they are used to light barbecue fire on the Moroccan traditional barbecue or as called in Moroccan “Majmar”.
So much detailing goes into making the “Raboz”. This one has cedar wood, silver and camel bone as base, the handles and the boards are decorated with coral while the air bags are made of Touareg leather.
